You may access the Model's page. However certain features will require a fee. The amount of any such fee shall be disclosed and must be paid prior to being given access to the Model's webcam. Access shall be at the sole discretion and control of the Model.
 
Please note that any payments made by you to a particular Model for cam services will NOT provide you with any rights or credits to any other Models services. 
 
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You hereby agree to provide PHBilling and a with true and complete  information regarding your purchases and billing information. Any person providing information that is not true and complete is subject to civil and criminal liability. 

Charges, Billing and Payments:
 
BestGirlsOnCam.com has no basic fee or membership to the site. However, certain services cost money. The applicable rates, method of payment and duration are determined as described on the Model's page at the location from which you initiate communication with a particular Model. Our prices are charged on a per show basis not per-minute and agreed upon by both you and the Model during chat and prior to accessibility of the Model's webcam. The Terms of Service for the sale will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that any legal dispute involving any purchase and/or site related services must take place in State courts in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any objection to personal jurisdiction, and agree that venue shall be in Los Angeles County, California.

You (and you alone) shall be responsible for all charges associated with using PHBilling services.
 
Please note that in any case of a charge back occurring from your credit card of one or more charges on bestgirlsoncam.com, your access will be terminated immediately, your credit card and IP address(es) will be blocked from further use by both PHBilling and the payment processor. You will also be subject to legal proceedings. If you have any questions regarding one or more transactions of Bestgirlsoncam.com please contact customer service.

 
Refunds and Credits:
 
PHBilling may provide credits or refunds to users under certain extreme circumstances. In particular for connection problems that may occur from time to time.  
 
If you purchase a webcam show from a Model that is not available on the Site, you will not be entitled to any refunds, so please be sure to contact the Model prior to making any purchases. 
 
NO refunds will be made by cash or check.

PHBilling itself holds a copyright in respect of the compilation, arrangement and coordination of such content and information. 
 All materials on the Site are proprietary, constitute valuable intellectual property, are copyrighted and protected under treaty provisions of worldwide copyright laws.
 
Please note that BestGirlsOnCam.com contains content that is inappropriate for minors. You acknowledge that PHBilling cannot, and does not screen information and content transmitted by customers and webcam Models as well as other content on the site, in advance. Therefore, PHBilling and BestGirlsOnCam.com shall not be held liable for any of the content provided by the Models on the site.
 
It is hereby clarified that in cases where PHBilling decides that any conduct by or between customers and Models that violates our terms, restricts or inhibits any other person or entity from using or enjoying the site, PHBilling shall immediately disconnect the user and/or terminate the Models account.
 
Under no circumstances can you use our services and/or your account to do the following:  
 
Promote or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or  otherwise objectionable content; including, but not necessarily limited to, bestiality, incest, extreme sadomasochism or bondage  presented in a sexual context, or any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or sexual situations, acted or  depicted. 
 Harass, disturb, embarrass, cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon any Model on BestGirlsOnCam.com 
 Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to a minor or a BestGirlsOnCam.com administrator or representative.
